Candidate Experience Coordinator (Finance)
The Candidate Experience Coordinator is a critical part of the team and provides guidance and assistance for to create an exemplary impression of Nemours for select external candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Success in this role means representing Nemours values to enhance and maximize a high quality and memorable candidate experience which will differentiate Nemours from our competitors for highly sought after talent.
Responsibilities Include:
Bachelors Preferred
Associates Degree or commensurate experience (3-5 years of relevant work experience)
Experience with Oracle and/or other recruiting specific software, MS office preferred
Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a high volume, high paced, detail-oriented setting
