Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently, accurately process payrollManage workflow as prescribed to maximize efficiencyAccurately record and document all transactions, as directedUpdate client accounts as directed by authorized contactsEnter Year-end adjustments to ensure accurate W2 reportingRemain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirementsResearch, analyze, and resolve client inquiries and issues, reporting to management as neededProvide training and ongoing support for Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR needsProvide a high level of customer service at all times and foster a positive working relationship with clients and coworkersMaintain client confidentiality at all times
Pay starts between $18.00 and $20.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00
