POSITION TITLE: Salesforce Administrator
POSITION REPORTS TO: VP of Commercial Operations and Strategy
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Inovonics is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our highly customized Salesforce instance. This role will support our sales, marketing, and services teams by maintaining the Sales, Sales Engagement, Service Console, and Account Engagement (Pardot) platforms, ensuring smooth system operations and data integrity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, eager to learn, and motivated to enhance our Salesforce environment through automation and process improvements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesforce Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of a highly customized Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, and troubleshooting for a 30+ Unlimited user environment.
Data Management: Perform weekly manual data entry tasks, ensure data accuracy, and maintain system integrations with our cloud-based ERP and SW delivery platforms.
Automation & Flows: Maintain, document, and optimize existing record-triggered and scheduled flows, formula fields, and automation rules.
Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support a sales organization covering multiple verticals; as well as reports for executive reviews and supply chain & fulfillment operations.
Marketing Support: Administer our Account Engagement (Pardot) instance to support marketing campaigns and lead management in collaboration with the marketing team.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation on system processes, customizations, and workflows.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Console, and Account Engagement (Pardot).
Basic understanding of Salesforce automation, including flows, scheduled triggers, and formula fields.
Strong data entry and management skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms. (Experience with Data Import Wizard and Dataloader.io is a plus!)
Ability to create and modify reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to document technical processes effectively.
Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required. We will support your certification training and testing).
