Therapist (Healthcare)
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and solution-focused approaches.
Serve as the primary case holder, conducting assessments, diagnosing clinical conditions, developing treatment plans, and facilitating reviews.
Coordinate care with other professionals, social service agencies, and organizations to ensure comprehensive support for consumers.
Lead psychoeducational classes and therapeutic groups on topics such as parenting skills, independent living, anger management, and behavior management.
Implement evidence-based interventions (e.g., Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as appropriate to consumer needs.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
