We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 6-10+ years of experience for our San Diego, CA office.
The Engineer will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering services in our dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer seeking opportunities to support a successful water and wastewater group. In addition to engineering services, this opportunity can include on the job exposure and robust training for project management if that career path is of interest.
As a Water/Wastewater Engineer at Kleinfelder, you will help lead projects as a technical resource and mentor junior staff while gaining invaluable experience through a variety of water and wastewater projects. Many opportunities exist within Kleinfelder to diversify technical experience, build relationships, and work with professionals on a wide variety of projects all over the United States.
The candidate will contribute a multi-disciplinary perspective on water and wastewater projects (pipelines, process, reservoirs, mechanical systems, collection systems, trenchless technologies, condition assessment, odor control, strategic consulting, etc.). An entrepreneurial spirit with experience interacting with local agencies and clients is preferred. This position requires the ability to excel working in team environments.

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $81,000- $115,000.
