Summary
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will support occupational therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals in a compassionate and family-focused environment.

Starting pay rate for the PRN position is $30 an hour!Additional Benefits include:
A referral program paying up to $2000 per referral

Responsibilities
Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.Provide direct patient care and support during therapy sessions.Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients during therapy.
