Role reports to: Global Head of Benefits Strategy and Design
Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $194,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The NA Benefits Leader is responsible for overseeing North America healthcare, dental, vision, absence, disability, risk, and other regional benefits programs. They will analyze and evaluate policies and procedures and partner closely with People Solutions on implementation and monitoring of benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement innovative and inclusive benefit and leaves programs that align with the needs of the organization and its employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute benefit strategies that attract and retain top talent
• Partner with insurance providers and administrators to monitor and control program costs
• Work with the Global Head of Benefits and US brokers to set benefits premiums, out of pocket maximums, and deductibles for health and risk plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's benefits offerings remain competitive
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on benefit-related matters, including enrollment, claims, and appeals
• Partner with administration on the open enrollment process and ensure processes are in place for new hires
• Analyze and evaluate policies related to employee benefits programs
• Interpret governmental laws regulating employee benefits practices and ensure compliance
• Provide expertise, project leadership, and project management in all aspects of employee benefits programs including plan design, market data analysis, vendor analysis, and selection
• Ensure comprehensive processes are in place to measure the effectiveness of plans and programs measured against design strategies and outcome expectations
• Utilize benchmarking and industry trend analysis to identify plan or program related issues, determine solutions, and document agreements for communication to all stakeholders
• Provide direction, requirements, and governance oversight to Total Rewards teams with respect to the execution of employee benefits strategies
• Support strategy and execution of additional programs including but not limited to retirement, financial wellness, car benefits, wellbeing, and severance
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, administration, and compliance, including experience with self-insured plans
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Experience managing plan design and annual enrollment processes in the US and/or Canada

• Strong executive presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and able to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans
• Operate as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences
• Proven experience developing authentic partnerships with enterprise business leaders; ability to influence and negotiate
• Design and promote a regional vision aligned to needs of employees and marketplace
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead sustained change efforts
