Job Description:
We are currently hiring a talented Senior Trainer. A Senior Trainer will participate in directing, coordinating, and participate in development and delivery of training programs and training processes for staff.
Key areas of responsibility:
Build and enhance curriculum and training programs to support the job function and performance needs of the teams.
Deliver and/or oversee the delivery of the defined training programs at each of the locations to ensure consistency of delivery and results.
Develop and implement evaluation processes to gauge the effectiveness of training.
Track and report on training programs. Develop appropriate metrics.
Act as a liaison between departments in support of training program objectives.
Be actively involved in the process of setting training goals and objectives in support of training.
Ensure quality processes are in place to create consistency in all training programs and processes.

Skills/experience needed to be successful:
2 to 4 years experience in training environment
BS/BA in Business, English
Demonstrated strong writing skills.
Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
Demonstrated strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Self-motivated professional with the ability to accept challenges and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
Ability to build and lead a team to perform at superior levels of consistency.
The ability to deliver enthusiastic, high-energy presentations.
Salary: $43,888 annually or more dependent on location and experience
