We are currently hiring a talented Senior Trainer. A Senior Trainer will participate in directing, coordinating, and participate in development and delivery of training programs and training processes for staff. 

Key areas of responsibility: 

• Build and enhance curriculum and training programs to support the job function and performance needs of the teams. 

• Deliver and/or oversee the delivery of the defined training programs at each of the locations to ensure consistency of delivery and results. 

• Develop and implement evaluation processes to gauge the effectiveness of training. 

• Track and report on training programs. Develop appropriate metrics. 

• Act as a liaison between departments in support of training program objectives. 

• Be actively involved in the process of setting training goals and objectives in support of training. 

• Ensure quality processes are in place to create consistency in all training programs and processes.

Skills/experience needed to be successful: 

• 2 to 4 years experience in training environment 

• BS/BA in Business, English 

• Demonstrated strong writing skills. 

• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills. 

• Demonstrated strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. 

• Self-motivated professional with the ability to accept challenges and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills 

• Ability to build and lead a team to perform at superior levels of consistency. 

• The ability to deliver enthusiastic, high-energy presentations. 

Salary: $43,888 annually or more dependent on location and experience
