Supply Chain Coordinator (Project Management)
Utilize NetSuite as the primary ERP system to manage procurement, inventory, and reporting.
Forecast demand using data insights from NetSuite to ensure inventory aligns with organizational needs.
Prepare and manage purchase orders in NetSuite, maintain strong vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Schedule and oversee procurement to meet operational timelines efficiently.
Monitor and control inventory levels within NetSuite, analyzing trends and generating reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct regular cycle counts as directed by the Director of Distribution, ensuring accuracy within NetSuite.
Oversee the receiving process for both in-kind donations and foundation-purchased items, ensuring proper documentation in NetSuite.
Optimize warehouse organization to streamline distribution and maximize efficiency.
Ensure donor information is accurately captured in NetSuite at the time of receipt for tracking and reporting purposes.
Replenish inventory in picking locations daily, ensuring stock is updated in NetSuite after order fulfillment.
Enter receipts and returns into NetSuite on a timely basis (daily/weekly).
Generate and process inventory reports in NetSuite (daily/weekly) to maintain visibility, support leadership, and drive strategic decisions.
Coordinate incoming donation drives and manage intake to support community engagement and inventory needs.
Collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator to maintain warehouse readiness for tours and special events.
Ad hoc duties and projects assigned.
Additional Functions:
Working with and customizing NetSuite to manage inventory and processes.
Assists in the distribution of orders including emergencies and day-to-day deliveries.
Maintain the receiving area (PO products and In-Kind Donations).
Maintain proper physical condition of the warehouse.
Oversee part-time associates and volunteer groups for the completion of projects.
Visit schools periodically to assist with the mobile food market and book fairs.
Work Saturday mornings to assist volunteer groups as needed from 9: 00 a.m. to 11:30 am.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
