Re-Roof Estimator (Manufacturing)

Re-Roof Estimator is responsible for growing and servicing the Re-Roof division.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Build digital job file containing estimating documentsNavigate through digital construction plans and locate all roof related pagesExtract drawings and details for estimating softwareImport PDF roof drawings into On Screen Takeoff estimating softwareUtilize Excel estimating sheets to complete roofPromptly generate proposals to customers via Word and email out estimateTrack and follow up on all bids via CRM toolCapture contracts of sent bidsCreate job files once contract is capturedParticipate in pass off preconstruction meeting of contracted workMaintain and build relationships with GC builders and suppliersContribute to overall sales goalsExecute company visionConduct all business in accordance with established policies and proceduresSupport and abide by the values of the companyOther duties as assigned
