Associate Project Manager, Midstream (Information Technology)

As an Associate Project Manager at Transglobal Services, you will be responsible for collaborating with teams, clients, and subcontractors to meet project objectives and manage resources efficiently. Your expertise in midstream infrastructure will be crucial in overseeing specific project components, ensuring compliance, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management support from inception to completion under the guidance of the Project Manager.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Review and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and timekeeping records.Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of essential documentation, including permits, environmental assessments, and right-of-way agreementsFacilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies.Prepare and present project status updates and reports to senior management.Effectively and efficiently perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities Associate Project Manager - Midstream Division:
Oversee land surveying components specific to midstream projects.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience, with at least 1 year in project management, associate project management, or a related roleA minimum of 3 years experience in the midstream or oil and gas infrastructure sectorsProficient in land surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble, GIS, Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge of pipeline infrastructure and drilling operationsExperience with project management software is a strong plus.
Education and Experience:
PMP Certification or an Associates/Bachelor's degree in a related field, or actively pursuing PMP certification.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening networking, trade show overnights, and local business development events.
Travel:
