In this role, you will be responsible for the global Field Corrective Actions (FCA) process transformation. You will collaborate and coordinate with global cross functional team, and implement required process changes to enable efficient and compliant global FCA process. Think big, and drive required technology solution implementation to set-up future ready FCA process, considering Digital solutions, and end-to-end FCA application.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Requires broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams in one department.
Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
Nice to Have:
Requires strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end FCA process including regulatory report submissions (Ex: 806 reports) and corrections & removal process.
Experience in medical device industry
7+ years of experience in FCA
Experience in post-market and post-market complaint handling
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross functional partner
Strong communication skills including communication with executive levels

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$142,400 - $213,600
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
