Director of Systems Integration Services (Information Technology)

As the Director of Systems Integration Services, you will be crucial in leading our low-code modernization initiatives to ensure delivery of well-architected, resilient products that delight our federal clients. As a critical member of our technical leadership team, you will help drive delivery excellence and innovation across our diverse platform portfolio including Salesforce, Microsoft, Pega, Appian, and ServiceNow.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Spearhead the oversight of a diverse portfolio of SaaS and PaaS products
· Develop and articulate comprehensive project plans
· Interface with Federal stakeholders to provide transparency regarding project and program trajectories and growth opportunities
· Cultivate trust alignment among diverse stakeholders, to facilitate informed decision making and resource allocation
· Identify and mitigate technical escalations and program risks
· Drive operational excellence through the definition and capture of KPIs and metrics
· Serve as the primary liaison between delivery teams, company leadership, and federal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables
· Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both internal leadership and federal program leaders
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Proven experience (at least 5 years) of leading cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of IT projects
· Strong knowledge of agile and DevSecOps best practices
· In-depth understanding of cloud computing principles
· Excellent technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
· Proven experience in stakeholder management across internal teams and federal clients
· Strong technical liaison capabilities with demonstrated success in bridging communication between delivery teams and leadership
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
· Track record of successful technical advisory roles
· Deep understanding of federal IT modernization requirements and compliance standards
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's Degree
CLEARANCE:
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
