Global Delivery Transformation Analyst - Summer Internship 2025 (Finance)

Job Summary

The State Street Global Delivery Client Horizontal program is tasked with supporting and executing on State Street Global Delivery's transformational program. In this role you will support the Global Delivery People Transformation team in contributing to a variety of initiatives to socialize program benefits to externally facing partners as well as improve employee experience in alignment with our business strategy and goals. This role will be responsible for supporting a range of program responsibilities, including but not limited to database and initiative management, initiative execution, tracking, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of a dynamic global business.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives for increasing internal stakeholder and client engagement.
• Manipulate data to draft and disseminate program reports to key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and assets.
• Coordination of project activities, resources, and information.
• Communicating with stakeholders to collect data, understand requirements, and provide updates.
• Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders.
• Analysis of internal survey results to extract salient points that can inform change.
• Support Transformation team in ad-hoc deliverables and projects.

Qualifications

• Background or interest in financial markets or investments.
• Creative thinker, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Preferred: Data management, manipulation, and visualization skills, Sharepoint, coding

Salary Range:
$15,600 - $58,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
