Machine Operator-Block Plant- County Materials (R&D)

We are seeking a Machine Operator in our Landscape & Masonry Divisionfor our customer, County Materials in Astatula, FL.

Job Duties:
Setup, operate and maintain concrete manufacturing machines.Ensure product quality at every phase of production with high attention to detail and communication with team members.Adjust equipment, ensure quality of materials, and troubleshoot machine problems.Work with basic hand tools, power tools, and tape measures using mathematical and mechanical skills.Operating forklifts Clean up as needed.
Work Environment:
Carrying/Lifting 10 - 80 Pounds frequentlyCarrying/Lifting > 80 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder
Physical Requirements:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditionsWork near moving machinery and equipmentWork in a noisy environment
Experience & Qualifications:
Must be mechanically inclined and able to identify problems and troubleshoot quickly.Strong understanding of production processes and ability to meet a production schedule.Ability to identify and react to a quickly changing environment. Proactive and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
