Physical Therapist FT (Healthcare)

Pay Rate $38 - $45 per hour / 30-40 hours per week

Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat Residents throughout the facility in our Pathways TBI unit, Sub-Acute Rehab and LTC Units. To communicate with families, physicians and other health team members. To maintain documentation of services, observe regulations that govern our facility and as directed by our Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is maintained at all times.
