Research and Development Team Advisor (Project Management)
As part of the R&D Product Development Team, this position is responsible for leading a small group of scientists in developing new and innovative products and manufacturing processes to meet customers' needs, modify existing products and processes to improve overall quality and or costs, and supporting customers on projects, trials and startups for a specific category. In addition to leading others through the development process this partner may complete some product development projects of their own.
This position will be located at our home office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
What you'll do:
Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
