Role: Head of Integrated Campaign Strategy, Asset Management Product Marketing
It is an exciting time to join Northern Trust Asset Management, as we are investing to drive innovation and growth - with marketing playing a critical role. The Head of Integrated Campaign Strategy will lead the development and execution of our global omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive business objectives, ensuring a cohesive message across all platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data for optimization. This strategic role is crucial for driving Northern Trust Asset Management's growth and expanding our market presence.
This is a key leader in our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, who will craft and execute a comprehensive demand-focused integrated campaign strategy that aligns with our business objectives, building high-performing campaigns that create a significant MQL to SQL pipeline and align tightly with revenue goals. This leader will manage a team of campaign strategists across social, content and design, who partner closely with our marketing centers of excellence, product, and client marketing team members to lead execution of unified campaign strategies - ensuring cross functional alignment and execution in lockstep. Partnering with performance marketing and the Head of Integrated Campaign Strategy will leverage data and analytics to track and optimize campaign effectiveness. Finally, this leader will manage campaign vendor relationships and the campaign budget to ensure strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI, reporting quarterly on spend to budget and KPI results.

Salary Range:
$158,010 - 276,460 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
