WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Brand Marketing manager, you will be responsible for partnering with Pape' Material Handling, Pape' Kenworth, and Ditch Witch West Operating Companies to align their business objectives with cutting-edge marketing strategies. This role focuses on driving growth and brand recognition through traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing innovative, omnichannel marketing plans that integrate digital advertising, email marketing, content strategy and website optimization. The ideal candidate will transform qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights, creating campaigns that deliver measurable ROI while aligning with each Operating Company's goals.
This position requires close collaboration with regional and corporate leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts reflect the company's vision and objectives. It involves managing the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and performance analysis, using project management tools to track progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accountability.
