JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of a cross-functional team, collaborates with designers, content strategists, product owners, and other marketing stakeholders to improve design workflow and operational efficiency. Facilitates the smooth functioning of the design team by overseeing and improving processes, tools, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have both design and project management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead prioritization efforts in collaboration with marketing and enterprise stakeholders
Own and improve the design roadmap including estimating, forecasting, and capacity tracking
Maintain the overall work portfolio and keep teams on track, identifying dependencies, risks, and obstacles, and re-prioritizing as needed
Act as subject matter expert on intake process and use of MRM system
Build and maintain strong working relationships with product owners and analysts and other partners to understand priorities and scope, and access data needed to drive design decisions
Own design team onboarding, handling all equipment and software resourcing, and providing product training and scheduling of activities
Report on the design roadmap and team to stakeholders, including measuring the health of the portfolio and team satisfaction
Coordinate and support design workshops and team activities
Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
5+ years of total relevant work experience
Demonstrated project management skills, design background
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
Self-motivated with a desire to work as part of a creative team in a highly collaborative corporate environment.

Base salary ranges:
$114,500.00 - $195,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
