As a Benefits Consultant at Dillingham, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. You'll need a deep understanding of employee benefits, wellness, and various insurance products including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and work site benefits. Your responsibilities will encompass active prospecting, new business generation, understanding compliance requirements, and ensuring exceptional service levels for existing clients.
