Summary
The program manager oversees the daily planning, implementation and tracking of projects for specific customers that include the following solutions: doors, frames, mechanical and electrified hardware, IP video surveillance; access control; enterprise wireless and networking; voice, data and fiber cabling; unified communications; and audio/visual solutions. The program manager works closely with the project team during implementation and serves as the primary point of contact for all internal C&B branches involved in a given project. They are the primary point of contact for their assigned customers for all project-level and corporate communications.

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require business travel.
