Retail Lead (Finance)

Position Summary
The Retail Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading customer interactions, providing expert product recommendations, and ensuring efficient sales transactions. This role also serves as a sales leader, guiding the team to meet or exceed company sales and profitability goals while maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities & Duties
Deliver outstanding customer service and lead the team in creating a positive customer experience.Answer customer questions, provide product recommendations, and address escalated concerns with professionalism.Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using a computerized system and provide training to staff as needed.Serve as a sales leader by modeling best practices and utilizing Insa sales standards to drive sales and achieve company goals.Oversee order fulfillment, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and state regulations, including sales limits and ID verification.Promote and contribute to a safe work environment by following safety procedures, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and reporting hazards or incidents to management.Foster a positive, productive, and cooperative work environment that encourages teamwork.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Must be at least 21 years of age.High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous retail and cash management experience preferred.Basic computer and math skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations.Reliable transportation is required.Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

Additional Information
