Dining Room Team Leader (Food Services)

As a Dining Room Team Leader, you will lead the dining room team and ensure that our residents have a high-quality dining experience.
Earn a competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $19.20 based on years of experience.
Full-time, (5) day per week work schedule, between Monday-Sunday.

Position Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Dining Room Manager with the coordination, seating, appearance and maintenance of the dining area and server stations and ensuring that courteous and efficient services are delivered. The Team Leader assists the Dining Room Manager with on-the-job training of new and current staff in addition to delegating work assignments daily. This position reports to the Dining Room Manager.
