Life Enrichment Director (Activities Director) (Education)
Develops and implements a varied and innovative Life Enrichment program to enhance the emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and intellectual well-being of the residents.
Regulates the content and presentation of programs in accordance with residents' capabilities, needs, and interests.
Implements a robust, multi-generational volunteer program that will enhance the programs offered by the community.
Arrange and oversee the Community Ambassador program for all new residents and ensure the Oral History is taken.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all RUI policies and procedures pertaining to the position, the department, and the personnel.
Encourages residents to participate in Life Enrichment programs with an upbeat, helpful, and positive attitude.
Organizes, coordinates, and accompanies residents on special outings as necessary.
Assists the Executive Director in establishing a Community Resident Council. Oversees attends, and assists as needed with the Resident Council meetings.
Successfully utilizes designated computer programs to prepare and distribute the community's monthly Life Enrichment calendar, daily notices and all Life Enrichment advertising in a timely, appropriate manner.
