Wellness Coordinator - Assisted Living (Project Management)

The primary purpose of your job position, is to coordinate resident care plans to promote wellness and meet health needs of the residents and provides education and competency evaluation of licensed and unlicensed staff providing direct care and medication assistance for residents.

*Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
*rotation with on call schedule
