Software Engineering Advisors (Hybrid) (Finance)
• Participate in delivery of definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across the enterprise via analytics and reporting;
• Provide thought leadership within Information Management while working on broader projects;
• Design, develop and implement methods, processes, tools and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns;
• Design and develop a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake which stores all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data;
• Translate business problems into application solutions in collaboration with senior technologists and application developers;
• Deliver production applications and Proof of Concepts (POCs);
• Design, develop and deploy code in a complex IBM Mainframe environment; and
• Advise functional leaders and act as subject matter expert (SME) in area of expertise.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, System Engineer, or a related occupation.
• Experience with performing end-to-end regression testing;
• Experience with developing and modifying software applications to meet business specifications;
• Experience with testing developed software applications;
• Experience with performing software deployment and maintenance activities; and
• Experience using: COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Z/OS 390, Endeavor, Intertest, SPUFI, and File Manager.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
