Are you ready to make a positive impact on a global scale? We are seeking a skilled and versatile Adoption & Training Lead to join our Change Team for the global rollout of Workday HCM, FINS and PSA modules. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive change and adoption during a significant technology and business transformation that will affect all employees and stakeholders worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless transition by leading adoption efforts to ensure the successful use of Workday across the organization.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and change champions to drive engagement, facilitate training, and empower employees with the knowledge and tools to maximize Workday's capabilities.

$75,000 - $130,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
