Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Business Excellence Technician  located in Austin, TX.

Shift - 1st Shift 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri
What a typical day looks like:

Principle Accountabilities:
· Support lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.
· Support in designing and building workstations, supermarket racks, benches, trolleys etc.
· Familiar with and able to use Moonshine tools and machines effectively.
· Ensure good 5S in the work area.
· Implement identified Best practices timely.
· Prepare and upload completed kaizen projects in the BE on-line Systems.
· Maintain and update various indicators on the lean gallery and other defined locations. 
Qualifications:
 
·         Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, or equivalent experience.
·         Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
