New Clinic Impementation Manager (Information Technology)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new clinic or service line integration requirements and develop comprehensive project plans for seamless implementation.
Assist in the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring they align with our objectives, standards, and contract commitments.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during the integration process from Business Development/Mergers & Acquisitions to implementation and operational readiness.
Work closely with marketing, IT, clinical/medical, finance, HR, compliance/legal, operations, and administrative teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are met.
Project Management:
Develop and coordinate due-diligence items for practices joining our company, including management of project timelines and resources.
Coordinate project tasks and ensure communication occurs with all stakeholders involved in the process.
Identify potential risks and establish contingency plans to mitigate project implementation delays or obstacles.
Perform wrap-up and lessons learned meetings after go-lives.
Leverage your prior knowledge of CRM systems to implement and maintain a robust customer relationship management platform to provide transparency and reporting capabilities across the enterprise.
Train internal teams on the effective use of the CRM and project management tools to help scale our business and ensure seamless integration of new site acquisitions & mergers and service line projects.
Monitor key metrics and project management applications to measure performance, communication and reporting to ensure that all integration project milestones meet the expected deadlines agreed upon by the teams and internal stakeholder.
Product and Process Optimization:
Develop and maintain systems and workflows to identify opportunities for communication, reporting, process improvements, and optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements or enhancements to the platforms and how we track deliverables.
Support the Strategic Operations Director to work with vendors and partners to implement platforms that align with our business and operational needs.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration projects and regularly assess their outcomes.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal team members, highlighting integration progress, successes, and areas for further improvement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a related role, with a focus on integration, product and/or services launch.
Proven experience in successfully implementing and managing CRM and project management systems.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations and requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of integration
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
