Facilities Manager (Maintenance)
Under the general supervision of the Building Operations Manager, the Sam Noble Museum Facilities Manager performs a variety of duties involving general facilities maintenance and repair to the museum in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, paint, carpentry, and refuse/recycling. Duties also include monitoring and inspecting equipment and performing tests and analyses.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
24 months of facilities or operations management or related experience
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
