QA - Document Control Clerk (Project Management)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate copiers, scanner, CD burner, EPC label identification system, GBC binding instrument and other office equipment and systems as required; Print and bind operator and service manuals as per instructions on reference folders; Maintain Instruction Manual Printing History Log; Email manuals to customers as instructed; Maintain reference folders and reference copies for Operator and Service manuals; Maintain links to manuals on web; Maintain the Instrument History database by entering information from:
Final Device Inspection Release Ticket along with travelers that are attached for stock Packing List information from Sales Order of instruments and or spare parts shipped In-House Change Form Issuing a service manual;
Scan Instrument Travelers and store information in the Approved Directory; Maintain the RMA database by entering the received date and location of instrument; Create and print labels using EPC label identification system or laser/ink jet printer; Maintain Labeling Production Log; Generate Return Material Authorization forms by printing information from Instrument History database on the back of RMA Traveler form; Maintain adequate level of binding and paper supplies; Provide a report of activities on a weekly basis to the Quality Manager;

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED Computer experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Possess communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with others Service oriented
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to read and interpret documents in English. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
REASONING ABILITY: Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
