Utilizing Pick Ticket, accurately pick orders and subsequently pack for shipment adhering to establish procedures to insure damage-free transit of product to customer.
Replenish shelves with product as depleted. Unpack sets into individual components.
The work area must be kept neat & tidy to facilitate efficiency of the process.
Unload in-coming sea containers palletizing per appropriate pallet pattern while maintaining product sortation.
Process returned goods when required.
Receive in-coming goods placing in correct storage location and/or deliver to appropriate agency department.
Prepare pallet shipments as required.
Operate forklift and/or pallet truck when necessary.
Perform various hand-intensive contracts as required.
Must be in good physical condition capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for prolonged periods.
A High School diploma or GED is desired but not necessary.
Warehouse experience is preferred. Must have good reading, writing and math skills.
The employee must be able to read and identify different labels, distinguish colors, size, and types of products/items, plus, must be able to make judgmental decisions based on interpretive thinking concerning the disposition of the task at hand.
The employee must be able to function independently without frequent supervisory monitoring.
