Substance Use Disorder Program Manager (LADC) (Personal Services)
Provides clinical & program oversight of programs at assigned locations.
Provides & documents clinical supervision of supervisors at assigned clinics.
Conducts weekly case reviews with SUD clinical staff as delegated.
Maintains knowledge of and adherence to program policies and procedures.
Assists with the development of new policy and procedure as directed
Maintains current knowledge of changes in state clinical standards, and evidenced-based practices.
Work in conjunction with Program Director to provide performance reviews including completion of employee performance plans, supervision, and providing input on overall staff performance and training.
Assist in arranging coverage for absent SUD staff to facilitate groups or conduct evaluations/orientations.
Promotes and coordinates program growth & marketing efforts.
Conducts random audits of staff charts to check for compliance with documentation standards in conjunction with SUD QA.
Assist in the recruitment, hiring and training of professional program staff, alumni volunteers, and interns.
Meet regularly with Program Director and other NAL leadership and SUD QA to discuss overall performance of SUD programs.
Attend relevant program and company meetings as assigned.
Arbitrates formal client grievances as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Fills in for absent staff in emergency situations so client care does not suffer.
Manages the day to day operations of programs assigned.
Generates and maintains referral sources.
Other duties as assigned.
