Reliability Engineer (Engineering)
What you will do
As a Reliability Engineer you will review and participate in capital projects to ensure total cost of ownership is considered, own and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance processes, and systematically identify and eliminate production losses and asset failures through Risk Based Asset Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM). You will also lead efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities and safety systems.
How you will do it:
Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes Value-added preventive maintenance tasks and Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions equipment.
Identify equipment potential issues before they happen to prevent failures and minimize downtime.
Apply Engineering Risk Analysis tools as MFMEA, Root Cause analysis, Six Sigma, Design of experiments & P-F Curve to improve the reliability of the machines.
Liaison between Corporate SME's and Plant Engineers.
Lead TPM implementation.
Preventive Maintenance routines optimization.
Develop, Executes PdM master plan in the plant and provide training to technicians.
Spare parts optimization and standardization.
Collaborate with SMEs to work on CAPEX to justify improvements/replacement of production and facilities equipment.
What we look for:
Required
Mechanical Engineering degree or similar discipline.
3D modeling software as Solid Works or similar software.
5+ Years of experience as Reliability Engineer or Maintenance Engineer role.
Strong mechanical & materials skills.
Familiar with Industrial Control Systems.
Preferred
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification.
Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.
