Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the strategic and operational leader of the agency, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for setting and executing the vision for sustainable growth, financial stewardship, program innovation, and community impact.
This role requires a proven track record in nonprofit leadership, with expertise in social service program development, behavioral health services, and financial oversight at the CEO, COO, or CFO, Senior Director level. The CEO must be able to define and demonstrate strategic vision with clear examples of how to enhance and expand the agency's model of care while ensuring fiscal sustainability.
The CEO will lead with a mission-driven approach, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that upholds justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). This role also requires the ability to build strong relationships with staff, leadership, and community partners while maintaining a deep commitment to social services and behavioral health care.
