Content Specialist/Technical Writer (Finance)



Summary:

Content Specialist/Technical Writer will focus on marketing and technical content creation. This role will play a critical part in developing explicit, concise, and engaging content for a range of marketing and engineering initiatives, including product documentation, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain various marketing content, including product documentation, user guides, blog posts, social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create targeted content that highlights the features and benefits of STULZ USA products and services.
  • Write engaging and informative blog content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with SEO and brand voice.
  • Craft and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), aiming to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine content strategies, ensuring the content's effectiveness and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies to optimize and refine content production continually.
  • Guide content strategy, tone, and messaging for various communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with STULZ USA's brand identity.
  • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement, including communicating technical details accurately.
  • Support other marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, case studies, and white papers, and assist with content research and validation.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance productivity, ensuring that content meets high standards while remaining efficient in production.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and technical writing,
particularly in the B2B sector.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience writing blog content and social media posts that are engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and tools to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, including but not limited to WordPress, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools to assess content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Gene.AI) to assist in content creation and optimization.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to produce compelling, high-quality content.
  • Familiarity with corporate communications, product documentation, and technical writing for customer-facing materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to technical documentation, product safety, and precision cooling regulation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Expertise in digital tools and platforms like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and Microsoft Teams, and the ability to manage and create content across multiple platforms.

Language Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to follow instructions in both written and oral form.
  • Ability to speak effectively with employees of the organization.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/year Apply
