SUMMARY: The Technical Services Representative is responsible for understanding customer requirements and then applying technical knowledge along with analytical skills to provide advice and support on a range of products with technical specifications and expertise. This position will be a deployable resource to the field that will help problem solve, troubleshoot, and gather data for RFPs that will enhance Imperatives technical offerings to the marketplace. JOB DUTIES: Engages in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.Assist Business Development team with start-ups of new applications in both existing customer and in new accounts, site surveys, product application audits and field evaluation of new productsOrganizational skillsOn time to surveys and technical help with new and current customersWorks within 3-day lead time if no other projects are pendingDemonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing based on time needed for completion, project origination date, and internal deadlinesObserves all customer and Imperative Chemical Partners HSE parametersAttention to detail when producing surveys and solving technical problems, including pictures, drawings, write-upsFulfills all details listed on Tech Service Request formsSuccessful identification of problems at handUses observations to identify possible mechanical process changesTurns in reports from field visits in a timely mannerOther duties may be assigned This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
