Base Pay: $21.00 - $27.20 / hour JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all administrative, promotional, and clerical aspects of the Medical Staff Office (MSO) under the direction of the Clinical Staff Recruiter and in collaboration with the Deputy Chief Medical Officer. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Support the recruitment team in handling schedules and coordinating meetings. Maintain organized records of client and candidate information. Manage communications between candidates and recruiters, and assist with the preparation of recruitment materials. Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to facilitate a seamless recruitment process. Assist in developing and tracking measurable data of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Coordinate recruitment efforts with community organizations, medical society conferences, and the SCHC marketing department. Act as the contact person for the Medical Staff Office by providing information to the medical staff and scheduling meetings with the Clinical Staff Recruiter as needed. Field messages and questions from the medical staff and distribute to the appropriate MSO staff member for action. Run reports on a regular schedule to update MSO and the DCMO on MSO recruitment status and any upcoming site visits or interviews. Maintain all essential records within an accessible filing system that can be accessed by the MSO staff for collaboration of duties. Attend meetings and take notes as needed and maintain record of notes. Follow up on action items related to MSO meetings. Prepare material for promotional events, meeting presentations, site visits, and other meetings as needed. Communicate with applicants at the direction of the Clinical Staff Recruiter as needed. Answer phones and greet visitors. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of various community resources in the Redding and Shasta County area Ability to work autonomously and seek out consultation from peers and others when needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Experience with professional office processes and communications.
