Pool Supervisor (Finance)
Job Description Summary
Supervise the overall guest experience at the pool including attention to cleanliness and the service and delivery of menu items to the pool; ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.
Job Description
Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:
- Key Job Functions
- Train and schedule pool employees to ensure proper coverage. Monitor performance and recommend corrective action. Alert management of potentially serious issues.
- Respond in a prompt and professional manner to guest requests and complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures.
- Inspect pool area, and pool food and drink venues daily to ensure high quality food and food presentation and cleanliness.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events. Review daily specials.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- May routinely greet guests and serve food and beverage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.
- Strong communication skills
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor

Pay Range
Pay Range $18/hr. plus tips. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
