Marketing Documentation and Data Privacy Intern - Summer 2025 (Finance)

We are looking for a Marketing Documentation & Data Privacy Intern to join the Enterprise Marketing Operations team. This intern will be developing and editing marketing process documents, improving the intranet site user experience, assisting with the communication plan for internal distribution and training, and supporting the Operations team on various process and data privacy projects. This person will review and compile business processes, requirements, and training materials, work with multiple marketing teams for input, and share these materials with the marketing organization. What you'll be doing:
- Review and analyze existing marketing processes for consistent documentation.
- Optimize the team intranet site for improved user experience.
- Engage with various marketing teams on how they are using (or not using) each process and how useful they find the training materials.
- Develop, edit, or refresh existing documentation to be consistent across all Enterprise Marketing processes.
- Create an internal communication plan for broad rollout of updated process documentation across the organization.
- Support the Data Privacy team on various projects.
- Work with marketing system owners to ensure tags and data organization are up to date.
- Identify unique ways to improve the organization, management, and communication of Enterprise Marketing business processes, data, and metrics.
What we need to see:
- Pursuing a Bachelor degree in marketing or similar field
- UX and website creation experience
- Google Slides and Google Sheets experience
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, great attention to detail, and can multitask
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate optimally with a variety of teams throughout NVIDIA
- Interested in learning new business tools, systems, and marketing platforms
- Willing to do things differently, experiment, and share fresh perspectives
- Require minimal supervision for follow-through on tasks
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Working on a relevant degree such as marketing, business, or communications.
- High level of proficiency with Google Suite apps.
- Some experience using a project management tool, such as ClickUp or Monday.
- Leadership experience within an organization or club.

The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
