Salary: $124,000 - $167,000
What you will do
The Global Corporate Affairs Technology Product Owner is responsible for managing day-to-day systems operations, driving company initiatives, and ensuring systems are in place to support local or global operations. You will also analyze business processes for reengineering opportunities and manage project resources for a highly specialized technical group:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of Global Corporate Affairs technology strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Manage product backlog for Corporate Affairs products and prioritize user stories based on business value and customer needs
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders
• Ensure product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in Corporate Affairs technology
• Lead the development and implementation of Corporate Affairs technology products and solutions to support the company's business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Corporate Affairs programs meet the needs of business units and employee groups
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business programs
• Develop and implement improvement processes to enhance the operational integrity of all changes to the operational environment
• Use analytics tools to derive insights to inform technology strategies in support of business goals
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• 8-10 years of experience in product management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of digital technology landscape including intranet, communications platforms and collaboration tools
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Minimum of 8-10 years related experience in digital technology product development and implementation
• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven ability to understand business strategy and translate it into solutions that support the company's business goals

• Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and manage a team of professionals
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and across a matrixed organization
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong knowledge of change management, training, and organizational design principles
• Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills, including the ability to manage across all levels, regions, and businesses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience is preferred
