Manager-Clinical Education and Training (Remote- NC based) (Project Management)
The Clinical Education and Training Manager is responsible for the daily operations of clinical education programs at Alliance Health. This role involves collaboration across the organization to implement a learning strategy that meets the workforce's evolving needs and develops organizational capabilities. This individual will spearhead the development, implementation and monitoring of specific activities and initiatives that support the established overall clinical education strategy.
This position reports to the Clinical Education and Training Director and has direct reports.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a remote schedule with occasional on-site visits as needed with advanced notice

Minimum Requirements-
Education & Experience
Required:
BA in healthcare, business, education or related field, and a minimum of 7 years of adult learner instructional design/digital media experience.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role and 4 years of integrated health plan experience is required.
Preferred:
Master's degree in healthcare, business, education or related field preferred.
Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred.

Salary
$86,800-$110,670
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
