Supplier Quality Engineer (Finance)
Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure their satisfaction and communicate the customer requirements to the suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
Collaboration with different departments, such as procurement, engineering, and production, work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve quality and logistic goals.
It also entails monitoring experience-based factors that may influence the ability of a supplier to carry out their tasks correctly and ensuring compliance with the agreement.
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support, conducting regular training sessions to ensure team members from Schneider Electric or from Suppliers are up to date with the latest quality standards and practices.
