As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead and oversee the sales efforts of the community to meet or exceed the budgeted occupancy. Areas of focus will include first impressions, marketing planning, sales process, lead tracking and follow up, and referral development. You will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to community engagement, referral outreach, lead generation, fielding inquiries, leading tours, and closing. Directors should be knowledgeable regarding their surrounding market, state regulations, provided services within their community, limitations of services, and internal campus processes. The ideal candidate should be neat and clean in appearance. Should conduct themselves in a professional manner within the campus and surrounding community. They should be friendly, outgoing, and able to create a positive first impression.
