These products are essential for industrial, agricultural, and consumer goods, including automotive, glass, detergent, and high-tech industries.

Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our Purchasing team. In this role, you will oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials across multiple categories. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, supporting our mission to deliver quality products efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on strategic sourcing initiatives to acquire supplies and assets cost-effectively. Enter quotes, analyze data, and participate in source selection processes. Extract spend data from IMMPower, refine it in Excel, and create SKU lists for Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation. Work with internal stakeholders to clarify specifications, identify sources, obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and place orders. Expedite procurement processes to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing errors upon receipt. Research and identify alternative suppliers to foster competition, reduce costs, and maintain or improve quality. Screen Supplier Approval Requests (SARs) for duplication and optimal source selection, entering approved data into the Parts Master system. Negotiate supplier agreements to secure favorable terms and value for the company.
