JOB SUMMARY
Be part of the Nabors Early Career Development Program (ECD) to fast track your career! This rotational program will provide access to advance your knowledge and skills in high-profile roles within the ACE (Actively Changing Energy) program. You will start as a full-time Reliability Engineer. The ECD program offers rotational opportunities during initial 12-18 months of employment, to help your knowledge and career development. The Reliability Engineer will work with various departments including, Field Operations, Engineering, Controls & Automation, and Rig Line to develop the skillset required to successfully contribute to automation, software technologies and equipment. The reliability engineer will provide effective support to field operations for products/services as a moderator for technical queries, analyze and respond to query content, escalating queries to Sustaining Engineering where needed. Execute corresponding queries through to closure, identify and report failure trends while encouraging the use of existing documentation by field operations. Responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining Technical Documentation for the products/services assigned and contributing to optimizing products and test processes Learn from real life business exposure in the oil and gas technology industry to take your talents to the next level.
