Director of Operations (Security)
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Establish operational goals in support of Company's strategic plan, communicate goals throughout area of responsibility, track performance against established goals, and mentor staff to acceptable levels of achievement
Contributes to the overall growth and development of the company through effective communications with sales and technical groups and provides manufacturing expertise to the successful development of new products and processes
Promotes positive labor relations inside and outside the plant by ensuring consistent application of company policies, provides leadership to managers and supervisors
Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and management methods to generate improved plant performance and workflow optimization and efficiencies
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
Ensures facility safety and security procedures and training are in place and that operations are in compliance with all required regulations and corporate directives
Organizes project activities that may require internal/external meetings and communications to ensure that project/program are on schedule and within budget

Qualifications:
Required:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by state regulations
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain or related field; commensurate experience will be considered
10+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
