For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com Responsibilities: Working knowledge of the design process for private development site planning and municipal projects including zoning review and interpretationDevelop site development plans, including site grading, stormwater management systems, landscaping, hardscapes, and erosion control, etc.Familiarity with regulatory approval processes, technical demands, and precedent studies Qualifications: BLA in Landscape ArchitectureMinimum of 0-2 years of related experienceCompetent use of basic software such as MS OfficeProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferredKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is preferred3D visualization (i.e. SketchUp or other) is a plus
