Brokerage Services Administrative Coordinator (Administrative)

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our corporate High Associates team, supporting our Brokerage Services Department. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all duties associated with the administrative support to the Sr. Vice President and members of the Brokerage Services Team including, but not limited to calendar management, meeting materials preparation, database maintenance, digital marketing and the creation of marketing correspondence, as well as daily tasks of mail retrieval, responding to telephone calls, filing, and processing accounts payable.
